  • As well as working on cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength and endurance, there is an emphasis on core-work and posture and pelvic floor toning.

Shoto Cubs

  • Develop basic karate skills with fitness, for 4-6 year olds

  • Improve balance, co-ordination,  confidence, listening skills and concentration, discipline and teamwork.
