Theme for the week- core and abs, kind to knees

A couple of people have been wanting to come along to the new circuit class, but have been put off by ongoing knee problems. This Wednesday, 'quirky circuits' will have a core and abs theme with adaptations for any exercises that may put strain on the knees. So no excuses now!
