Circuit theme for the week

I'm just planning the class for Wednesday - the theme is......'not legs, bums and tums'. So it will be all upper body training using lots of difference pieces of equipment: swiss balls, TRX, dumbbells, kettle bells, weighted plates etc. Hopefully there will be a good turnout this week!
