A fun (but hard) gym session today

A good training session today - legs, shoulders and arms. Contrast training for legs - this means a set of exercises for strength, followed immediately by a set of plyometric exercises for the same muscle groups, to make 1 full set. I did dumbell lunges (back foot on the bench), followed by low squat to box jumps. Hopefully this will increase my speed for kumite in karate as well as improve core strength and stability.
