Exercise is my passion and I have benefitted from a variety of training over many years, as well as being a keen runner and Practitioner/Instructor of Shotokan Karate. My career started within the NHS, working as a Nurse and Midwife. Many problems I saw in my daily work were related to lifestyle issues and I wanted to empower others to make changes to improve their well-being. Using my NHS experience as a platform, I embarked on a Level 3 Personal Training Course with Future Fit, with additional specialities, including Pre/Post natal Exercise and Working with Clients with Health Conditions and more recently completed a Diploma in Mat Pilates.
